Chapel

Faith Lutheran School students love to hear about Jesus and his redemption of all each week during chapel.

Students attend a weekly Chapel service led by teachers, the Director of Christian Education or the Senior Pastor of Faith Lutheran Church. Chapel involves and engages both vertical (our relationship to God through the Word and prayer) and horizontal (our relationship in service with one another and the surrounding community and world) realms. Together, these two form the sign of the cross, which confirms what God has done for us through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. As Crusaders, we are followers of Jesus.

Chapel includes Scripture reading, prayers, hymns, confessions of faith, messages, responsive readings, offerings and special music. Students take an active part in chapel as they serve as readers, acolytes, and musical presenters. Parents are always invited to attend chapel. Chapel is every Wednesday at 8:30 A.M. At this time chapel will be on zoom for students, teachers, and parents to watch on-line.

We are thankful for the blessing of worshiping God freely as we rejoice in His blessings!
