Re-enrollment

Faith is excited to provide online re-enrollment for its families. Please follow the instructions to re-enroll your student.

Re-enrollment

We are excited to offer online re-enrollment for our families. As a current parent of Faith Lutheran School all you need to do is

  1. Log into your already existing FACTS account.
    District Code is FLS-FL
    User ID__________________
    Password______________________

  2. Click on Apply/Enroll

  3. Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment. This will open up a new window.

  4. Click on “Click here to open Enrollment”

  5. Click on "Start enrollment packet" next to the student’s name

  6. Finish all the steps and submit.

Note: Due to the application set-up from FACTS, please use a laptop or desktop for the best experience. If you do not have access to a computer please come to the admissions office and you can use the computer available for use.
